Thanks for choosing Epix IPTV. Before we get into the fine print, the single best thing you can do to avoid ever needing a refund is to use our 24-hour free trial. The trial mirrors the paid service one-to-one — same channels, same servers, same app — so you can confirm Epix IPTV works on your Firestick, Android TV box, smart TV, or phone before you spend a dollar. That said, we know sometimes things go sideways after a purchase, and this page explains exactly how we handle that.
1. Try Before You Buy: 24-Hour Free Trial
Our 24-hour free trial exists for one reason: so nobody pays for a service that doesn't fit their setup. The trial uses the same playlist, the same 4K streams, the same EPG, and the same app you'd get on a paid plan. If a channel buffers during the trial, it will buffer after you pay. If the app refuses to install on your device during the trial, the paid version won't magically install either. Spending five minutes on the trial saves everyone the back-and-forth of a refund ticket — and it lets you check that the channel lineup actually matches what you want to watch.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
If you skipped the trial, or if something genuinely went wrong after you subscribed, you have 7 days from the time of purchase to request a refund. We picked 7 days because it's long enough to fully install the app, log in, watch a few channels in different categories, and decide whether the service is right for you — without being so long that the service has clearly been used as a paid subscription. Requests submitted inside this window and meeting the conditions below will be honored.
3. What Qualifies for a Refund
We approve refunds in the following situations, provided you contact support and give us a fair chance to fix the problem first:
- The service genuinely does not work on your device after you've worked through troubleshooting with our support team.
- You experience repeated buffering or freezing across multiple channels that our team is unable to resolve.
- The channel package you received is materially different from what was advertised — for example, a sports tier that's missing the league you specifically signed up for.
In each of these cases, we'll either fix the issue or refund you in full. Our goal is for you to walk away either happy with the service or whole on your money — not stuck in the middle.
4. What Does NOT Qualify
To be fair to everyone, refunds are not granted in the following situations:
- You didn't follow the setup instructions we sent (wrong app, wrong portal URL, wrong credentials entered).
- You didn't try the free trial first, and your device turns out to be incompatible. The trial is there specifically to catch this.
- Your home internet speed is below 10 Mbps. IPTV needs a stable connection — we list this requirement clearly on the pricing page and on the FAQ.
- The account was used heavily — for example, logged in and streamed for several hours across multiple devices — and only then did a refund get requested.
- The request was submitted after the 7-day window has closed.
If your situation is borderline, reach out anyway. We'd rather talk it through than auto-reject a real customer.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are handled by email so we have a clear record of everything:
- Email [email protected] with the email address you used to order, the plan you bought, and a short description of the issue you're seeing. Screenshots help.
- Give our support team a fair shot at fixing the problem first. Most issues — wrong app, outdated firmware, a regional channel that needs to be re-pointed — are resolved within an hour or two.
- If the issue can't be resolved and you qualify under section 3, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks cost us payment processor fees and prevent us from helping you directly — and in almost every case, we'd have refunded you ourselves had we known there was a problem. Accounts associated with a chargeback are terminated and cannot be reactivated, since the underlying payment has been pulled back. A quick email to [email protected] is faster, friendlier, and resolves the issue without anyone losing access.
7. Cancellations
Good news: there's nothing to cancel. Every Epix IPTV subscription is prepaid for a fixed term — one month, three months, six months, or twelve months — and there is no auto-renew. When your plan reaches its end date, access simply expires and you are not billed again. If you decide Epix IPTV isn't for you, you don't need to log in to cancel, call anyone, or fill out a form. Just let the subscription run out. If you change your mind later, you can come back and resubscribe whenever you'd like.
8. Contact
Questions about a refund, a charge, or anything in this policy? Email [email protected] or use the form on our contact page. A real person on our support team will get back to you, usually within a few hours.
